Housing Assistance

Families, individuals, and veterans seeking housing assistance are interviewed by a case manager to evaluate their finances, credit, and budget. Based on the household need, community resources, housing programs and affordable housing information is provided.

“I was living in my car for over a year before I talked to  a case manager at H.E.A.D.S. Upward. She was an advocate for me and located and affordable apartment near my job. Now, I  work full-time, take classes part-time and plan to be a store manager in six months. I live on a budget, am working on my credit, and volunteering at a local animal shelter.
