Our Story
Working Towards a Better Tomorrow
Affordable Housing in conjunction with support services brings hope, strength and a pathway to achieve stabilization for veterans and low to very low income families in a concerted effort to prevent homelessness.
The program goal is to offer inclusive support programs and workshops for Veterans and low to very low income families living in California.Workshops are scheduled monthly and held at local community centers.
A Case Manager provides follow-up consultations and reviews for program services that will benefit each household.
